The SEG Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new SEG and Association relationships for America First throughout a multistate territory. Will expand the SEG and Association list of America First, directly augmenting the credit union’s field of membership and increasing the number of potential members.
Creates alliances by promoting the many benefits of credit union membership and corporate alignment with America First. Promotes America First by demonstrating the value of the SEG partnership. Represents the credit union and participates in various civic and community functions to further enhance the image of America First and develop additional business relationships.
Works towards obtaining new SEG’s to drive member and account acquisition activities throughout the credit union. Works closely with the business development department and branch leadership to gain new members, open new deposit accounts, and book new loans in each SEG. Assists in SEG activities and events such as new employee training and orientation at SEG’s along with employee fairs as needed.
The SDR will be required to have a thorough and detailed understanding of the Credit Unions Products, Services, and Solutions available for Members with consumer and commercial needs. In addition, the SDR will be responsible to have an overall knowledge of the competition to the Credit Union including the products/services that we compete with.
