Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager
to join our team. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the execution
of the digital product roadmaps, delivering an exceptional user experience, and managing
the complete lifecycle for a suite of digital banking products and services.


Digital services include; Online and Mobile Banking, Digital Payments and Deposits, Card
Management, Open/API Banking, User Insights, Messaging and Alerting, and other
related digital banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, analysis, design, development, and growth of new digital
    services, as well as modifications and enhancements to existing services for one or
    more digital service.
  • Manage business cases, including go-to-market strategy, measure ongoing service
    levels and profitability, and deliver an excellent user experience.
  • Create and lead digital product strategy, policies, and procedures in conjunction
    with business partners.
  • Drive innovation, product utilization, and product strategy with a passionate and unrelenting approach, optimizing for increased conversion, reduced fraud, and
    increased ROI.
  • Perform market research to monitor trends and make relevant recommendations to
    product suite and pricing strategy.
  • Develop business cases, obtain approvals, monitor results and effectiveness of
    service delivery, and perform ongoing analysis as required.
  • Partner with Marketing, Training, and Operations to develop communication
    strategy and implementation to members and employees.
  • Ensure products are compliant with applicable banking laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience is required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in financial services product management, including
    digital channels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills required.
  • Understanding of digital payments and deposits preferred.
  • Understanding of Open Banking, API integrations, and data sharing regulations
    preferred.
